All persons are strictly prohibited from copying and/or displaying copies, imitations, or counterfeits of products, characters, designs, motifs, or patterns  of Kathrine Baumann Beverly Hills (KBBH), Warner Bros., The Walt Disney Company, King Features Syndicate, The Coca-Cola Company, Mattel, Campbell Soup (CSC), McDonald's, Jim Henson Productions, or other licensed products for any purpose whatsoever, directly or indirectly. Any imitation, infringement, and/or unauthorized use of the names, characters, trademarks, or copyrights will be prosecuted.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

AS THESE GOODS ARE MADE TO ORDER, NO COUNTERMANDS OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PERMISSION OF THE SELLER.  This order is given by the undersigned with full knowledge and agreement that the same is not subject to cancellation.    All deliveries constitute final sales.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  All shipments are made at buyer’s risk.  Any damages must be reported within five (5) days from receipt of goods.  This purchase order shall remain effective unless a written notice is received by seller and accepted in writing prior to shipment.  If accepted, twenty percent (20%) will be charged for handling.  Returns will not be accepted unless: a) postage or shipping is prepaid, b) previously authorized by seller in writing, c) accompanied by buyer’s-return label, and seller’s-return-authorization number (RA#), d) request for return is made upon receipt of shipment. If merchandise is to be returned for restocking, the buyer must receive a RA # from KB©BH before returning the merchandise, otherwise the merchandise will be refused.  A stocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) of the gross invoice price will be charged and the payment will accompany the return of the merchandise. No additional orders can be taken or pending orders processed further until any outstanding payment or payments have been paid or reconciled.  Collection expense or attorney’s fees will be added if any agency or attorney is employed for collection.

DELIVERY OF ORDERED MERCHANDISE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THE TIME SPECIFIED SHALL BE DEEMED TIMELY FOR DELIVERY.  ALL ITEMS ARE INDIVIDUALLY HANDMADE AND MAY VARY SLIGHTLY ACCORDING TO THE DESIGNER’S DISCRETION.

I, the undersigned, do hereby guarantee moneys for payment of the check and that no stop-payment orders will be made.  The undersigned is a duly authorized and legitimate representative able to accept personal responsibility for billing and for meeting the terms of this contract.  Any unpaid invoice will be governed by the laws of the State of California, County of Los Angeles, City of Beverly Hills, and charged at an interest rate of one and one-half percent (1 ½ %) per month.  In addition, any nonpayment of the agreed amount in violation of the terms and conditions of this purchase order will be subject to a late charge of two and a half percent (2.5%) of the total purchase order amount. 

Our credit department must approve all requests for credit terms before credit can be granted or the order processed.
